Moar Cooking: Homestead Honeycake with Honey Icing [21 Dec 2009|12:44pm] talymil [ mood | accomplished ] Well the shortbread worked out but I sill felt like cooking and found that we still had honey in the house. So I looked up a recipe for honey cake and decided to go ahead. The cake is currently cooling and the icing is already made. Thing I'd change about the icing is either reduce or remove the vanilla essence because I think it's too strong for the icing. Also wondering how using 'fresh' ginger (AKA from a tube) instead of ground ginger will effect the flavour. When I talk about how black people can't be racist in the US because they don't have the power to discriminate against white people and other races, please don't bring up hypothetical evidence asking about a black CEO discriminating against people. The five CEOs out there don't compare to all the white ones. That's not even getting into the more subtle forms of job discrimination in the work place.
